VidFest Presentation

This is a loosely chronological survey of my work from my teenage fanzine artwork to screenshots of The Matrix Online, for which I wrote story continuity over the first few years of its existence. SF illustration, movie storyboards, advertising art and plenty of Concrete and other comics work included. It was part of my talk with Mark Verheiden, then a Battlestar Galactica writer/producer, to Vidfest 2007 in Vancouver BC.

Paul,

I'm checking out your site because I've been a fan since '93 SDCC and eagerly await any and all new Concrete comics.

(I told you I'd just read Eclectica the night before meeting you, and you recommended The Complete Concrete to me. I bought and read that and in the years since, everything Concrete I could get my hands on.)

I revisit your site every couple weeks, always with the hope that I will see an announcement about Concrete.

Funny enough, I moved to Birmingham, Alabama, 20 years ago, and one of my first jobs was doing IT for a concrete company, but that is absolutely not why or how I am visiting your site!

Seeing the first line of this post did give me a jolt, though!
